Blackout Special Edition radiator shrouds are solid black powder coat finish inside and out with the RTC logo buffed back down to silver.  As with all of our shrouds, they were designed to be used with the factory shouldered mounting bolt (sold separately) and in conjunction with our louvers for maximum cooling efficiency.
